Same day shipping

The majority of items in our online store is in stock and ready to ship the same day if ordered before 3pm (QLD time), which allows us to meet the parcel delivery services’ deadline. QCC is famous for servicing our customers at very short notice. If you have an urgent order inquiry, do not hesitate to contact us to see what we can do for you. Flexibility is our forte!

Should an ordered item not be in stock we will backorder this for you and notify you as soon as they become available for shipment or collection. We regret that we are unable to call prior to delivery, as we use third party courier services. Also please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes, street addresses only.

 

Shipping details on your web account

We will notify you by email or phone as soon as your order is ready for shipment or collection, If you are a registered web account customer, we will also upload the shipping details to your web account. QCC uses a variety of parcel delivery services like StarTrack, TNT and Australia Post but is happy to engage other parcel delivery services of your choice.

Every product in the QCC range is of a consistently controlled high quality. Both standard and custom made products conform to the highest international and Australian safety standards and are made with quality materials from renowned manufacturers only, who in addition offer their own extensive product warranty. In short: QCC clients can fully rely on our no-fuss, quality guaranteed range of products.

 

‘No Receipt’ Returns & Exchange

Our returns policy is fair and straightforward: should you have a product quality concern, talk to us and we will find a solution or discuss the eligibility of a refund if we are unable to offer a replacement. We take our responsibility in quality assurance and customer service equally serious.

Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and notify us of any claims as soon as possible, but latest within 7 days after invoice date, after which a 20 percent restocking fee may be applicable. For custom made orders there is a 30-day period after invoicing to file a warranty claim.

We are happy to exchange purchased items against other QCC products or store credit. As we keep track of our customers’ purchases, it is not necessary to provide proof of purchase. If you request an exchange for an incorrectly placed order, we will only charge you for the difference in order amount and renewed shipping.

 

Returning goods 

Have something to return? Please call us to request a Repair Authorisation (RA) form and allocation number. Clearly label the goods with the RA number, include the Repair Authorisation form detailing the nature of the fault and return goods in proper packaging within 7 days. A Repair Authorization form is an authorization to return the goods for evaluation, it is not an agreement by QCC to credit or replace the goods. A service fee may apply if there is no fault found with goods returned for repair.
